All rooms £90 per night.
Prices are per room, based on double occupancy, and include tea on arrival and breakfast.
On Monday to Thursday, we offer a single occupancy rate of £75 in the Purple Room.
We make a charge of £6 for a packed lunch.

Payment will only be accepted in cash or by credit or debit card. We do not accept cheques.
For guests making reservations more than 7 days before the date of arrival, we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation fees upon reservation. For guests making reservations less than 7 days before the date of arrival, we require a deposit of 100% of the total accommodation fees upon reservation.
All balances due must be paid before departure.
If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before the date of arrival, we will refund your deposit pro-rata to the extent to which we can re-let the room(s). In the event of a late cancellation (less than 7 days before the date of arrival), or due to a no show, we will charge 100% of the total accommodation fees, and will only refund these fees pro-rata to the extent to which we can re-let the room(s).
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract and cancellation can cause loss to small establishments.
Rooms are available from 4.00pm on the date of arrival (earlier by prior arrangement), and guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the date of departure (later by prior arrangement). As we are a bed and breakfast establishment the house is closed to guests between 11.00am and 4.00pm daily.
Please note that The Granary is a non-smoking establishment.
Out of consideration to other guests, we regret that do not normally accept children under the age of 14.
We also regret that we are unable to accept pets, as we have two dogs of our own. Our dogs are not allowed in the ground floor guest area.
PLEASE NOTE: Our guest accommodation is all located on the ground floor, but there are five steps up to the front door, followed by three steps down to the ground floor level. There are good handrails on both flights of steps, but we cannot recommend the accommodation for wheelchair users or guests who might have difficulty in negotiating stairs.
