Please note that if you use SatNav, whether you input GPS Coordinates or Postcode, it is unlikely that you will find us.  We would suggest that you use your SatNav to get you as close as you can, and then follow as much (or as little) of the following directions as necessary.

Directions

From M40 heading South

  • Take the M40 to Junction 12 (Gaydon)
  • At the traffic lights at the T-junction at the exit, turn left (B4451 Gaydon, Kineton), and continue for approx 300 yards
  • At the next traffic lights, go straight on (B4451 Gaydon, Kineton), and continue for approx 300 yards
  • At the next traffic lights, turn left (B4451 Gaydon, Kineton)
  • At the roundabout, take the first exit (B4100 Temple Herdwyke, Warmington) and continue for 1.8 miles
  • Turn left (Northend, Fenny Compton)
  • Take the first left turn (Little Dassett, Northend, Fenny Compton) and continue ahead for 0.7 miles
  • Where the road makes a right angle bend to the right, continue with the main road
  • Continue for 1.5 miles
  • In Fenny Compton, continue with the main road (Brook Street) until you come to the cross roads by The Merrie Lion
  • Turn left, and follow the main road (High Street)
  • Where the road makes a right angle bend to the right, continue with the main road (Station Road)
  • Leave the 30mph zone and continue under the railway bridge (Wharf Road) until the T-junction with the A423
  • Turn right (A423 Banbury)
  • The road climbs a slight incline, and The Wharf Inn is on your right
  • Immediately after The Wharf Inn, the road crosses the canal
  • Immediately after the canal bridge, turn right into service road (Fenny Compton Wharf)
  • Take drive on right between two houses and follow to set of wooden gates with entry phone

If you cross the canal a second time – you’ve gone too far!


From M40 heading North

  • Take the M40 to Junction 11 (Banbury)
  • At the roundabout above the motorway, take the first exit (A422 Banbury)
  • Straight ahead at next two roundabouts
  • At next roundabout, take third exit (A423 Southam, Coventry)
  • Ahead at traffic lights and roundabout
  • Continue ahead for about 7 miles, passing two right turns to Claydon
  • Straight on along long straight passing over railway and canal
  • Round left hand bend and right hand bend
  • Take next turning left into service road
  • Take drive on left between two houses and follow to set of wooden gates with entry phone

If you cross the canal a second time or drive past The Wharf Inn – you’ve gone too far!


From M1

  • Take M1 to Junction 16 (Northampton)
  • At the roundabout above the motorway, take the first exit (A45 Coventry)
  • Continue ahead for 3 miles
  • At Weedon traffic lights, straight ahead and continue for 3.5 miles
  • At Daventry roundabout, take first exit (A45 Coventry) and continue for 1.75 miles
  • At roundabout, take first exit (A425 Leamington Spa) and continue for 1 mile
  • At Staverton roundabout, take second exit (A425 Leamington Spa) and continue for 7.5 miles
  • At first Southam roundabout, take first exit (A425 Leamington Spa)
  • At next roundabout, take second exit (A423 Banbury) and continue for about 6.5 miles
  • Ignore the right turn for Fenny Compton
  • The road climbs a slight incline, and The Wharf Inn is on your right
  • Immediately after The Wharf Inn, the road crosses the canal
  • Immediately after the canal bridge, turn right into service road (Fenny Compton Wharf)
  • Take drive on right between two houses and follow to set of wooden gates with entry phone
